Refund & Return Policy
At Lumines, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at Lumines.mtl@gmail.com and we will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee For large or exclusive pieces, a restocking fee of 10–20% may apply. This will be communicated to you before your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Lumines.mtl@gmail.com with photos of the damage. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
EU Customers EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at Lumines.mtl@gmail.com
