2. Products All products are handcrafted and may have natural variations in wood grain, texture, colour, and finish. These are not defects — they are part of the character of each piece. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability Lumines is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
