At Lumines, we deliver handcrafted pieces across Canada and the United States. International delivery is available upon request — contact us at Lumines.mtl@gmail.com for a quote.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders. Duties and import fees are included — no surprises at delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

• Small items: approximately 20 days
• Large and exclusive pieces: up to 8 weeks, depending on the item and your location

We will provide you with an estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed.

Delivery Method We offer curbside or threshold delivery as standard. White-glove delivery (in-home placement and setup) is available upon request — please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules or carrier conditions. We will always keep you informed.
